We found Ryan thanks to a local referral. He responded to texts, showed up at our property to discuss the logistics, and then gave us a reasonable estimate. Hired him to come over to dig and install an egress window. Pictures show the old window, the dirt pile my dog enjoyed, window removal, new window install, and the finished product the next day. Ryan was a master with the excavator, navigating between my property fences and getting right next to the house without damaging  existing blocks or siding. And even with massive amounts of dirt moved around, he left my yard nicely leveled and replanted. Took 1.5 days, 6 hours on day one, and only 4 hours on day two.
